WHO IS .Americasfinehomes.?

Founded in 2000, by Steven Wayne, an Associate Broker, CRS, GRI, REALTOR^® with Windermere Real Estate/ NW Inc. Steven has over 20 years experience in all aspects of residential brokerage, buyer brokerage, relocation, and counseling. He got his start as a housing counselor for senior citizens in Portland, Oregon in 1973 & continued working with a groundbreaking effort for Homesharing for Seniors in Seattle, Washington.

HOW DO YOU FIND THE AGENTS?

To find the right agent, we utilize several networks including the prestigious CRS^® Directory (The “Ph.D of Real Estate”). Also used are the long-established national and regional franchise & realtor office groups. If necessary, we dig to find the small “boutique” specialty agents. In short, we find the right agent regardless of company affiliation.

SINCE THIS IS A TOTALLY FREE SERVICE TO ME, HOW DO YOU GET PAID?

Very good question! Unlike attorneys, REALTORS^® are accustomed to sending & receiving referrals and sharing the fee. You will not pay any more for the services of the agent we locate than you would pay by going to the agent directly. On extremely rare occasions, exceptions might occur if your agent requires a retainer or extra marketing fees for a “Mega-Mansion” or other special properties. You will never be responsible for paying any agent a fee unless you’re willing to sign a contract to that effect.

WHAT IF THINGS DON’T “WORK OUT” WITH THE AGENT YOU FIND FOR US?

We will work with you both to determine if the problem can be solved to the satisfaction of all parties. If your expectations can’t be met, we will offer to locate another real estate agent who may better serve your needs.
