Steven Wayne - Broker’s Resume
Associate Broker, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI).

I take my profession very seriously—and work hard to ensure that every detail is handled. Put my 20+ years of experience to work for you!

CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) is the nation's highest and most exclusive designation, granted to less than 5% of all Realtors ® nationwide. The GRI indicates I am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (a series of real estate trainings).

You will not be talking with a "high pressure" salesman here: I started counseling senior citizens in 1973 and approach real estate sales in a counseling style. I Listen!

Personal Profile

You may be interested to know a little about me. I was an early California transplant, moving to Seattle in 1975 from the LA area. Born in Los Angeles, I grew up in the mid-1950's in Claremont, California (hometown of Mark McGwire of the St. Louis Cardinals).

My family moved to Newport Beach in the 1970's and I moved to the Pacific Northwest—first to Portland in 1972, and then Seattle in 1975.

I graduated from the University of Washington in 1977, and worked from 1973 through 1982 as a housing counselor for senior citizens in non-profit agencies.

I am active in the Mt. Baker Community Club (one of America's oldest continuous neighborhood associations) and have lived in this central Seattle neighborhood since 1981.
